What information does my sender need to provide for me to receive a transfer?
To receive money in the app, your sender must:
Create the transfer using MoneyGram online or send from a MoneyGram location
Enter your name as shown on your government-issued ID
Enter your mobile phone number. For this to work, your number must be linked to the MoneyGram app.
