How do I receive money with the MoneyGram app in Colombia?
When your sender completes the transfer, they will send you a notification in a text message or WhatsApp message.
To receive your money:
Use the link in your notification to download the app. You can also download it from the App Store or Google Play.
Open the app and sign up, or log in if you already have a profile
When the transfer appears, tap Convert to digital US dollars (USDC)
Review the details and tap Confirm
The transfer amount will appear in Current balance and Activity
