How do I cancel my membership in MoneyGram Plus Rewards?
To cancel your membership in the program, contact MoneyGram customer service by submitting a request through our Contact Us form. Note: Any rewards allocated to you will expire immediately if you cancel your membership. Therefore, make sure to redeem them before cancelling. You can re-enroll anytime with a new membership number and a new transaction history for rewards and membership status in the program.

Why do I need to provide my email or mobile phone number for enrollment?
Your email address and/or mobile number is required as part of the enrollment process. Selecting at least one form of communication, email and/or SMS, allows MoneyGram to keep you informed of your membership status, discounts, other promotions and changes to the program.
How can I enroll in the MoneyGram Plus Rewards program?
You can enroll in MoneyGram Plus Rewards by doing one of the following: Visit the Plus Rewards page on our website and select Join Plus Rewards Select the option to enroll while creating your online profile on the website or in the app Log into your online profile on the website or in the app and select Enroll Now Ask your MoneyGram agent to enroll you in the Plus Rewards program in-store
Does the MoneyGram Money Transfers app have a reward program?
Yes, users who enroll in MoneyGram Plus Rewards® can access a variety of reward discounts and benefits after enrollment.
Can a family member or a close friend use my Member ID and/or accrued rewards to make a money transfer?
No, your MoneyGram Plus Rewards member ID is strictly personal and tied to your personal profile and information. It will not work with someone else’s profile.
