If we are unable to resolve your complaint instantly, we will begin our process to research your complaint and in an efficient manner provide you with an estimated timeframe for resolution.
In most cases your complaint will be resolved within 2 weeks. If additional time is needed we will keep you informed of any additional information or documentation we may require from you to expedite the resolution of your complaint as quickly as possible.
Upon completion of our research, we will communicate our final decision via your preferred method, phone, email, or post, unless applicable regulations require a specific communication method
