Why can’t I find my bank when I try to add an account?
We use Trustly to connect your other bank accounts to your MoneyGram Account. If you can’t find your bank or receive an error, it may not be part of Trustly’s network. You can also add an account using your other bank’s debit card.
If that still doesn’t work, you may be able to initiate your transfer through your other bank’s banking platform if they support ACH money transfers. You'll need to provide them with your MoneyGram Account routing and account number, which can be found in the app. Log into the mobile app and then:
Go to MoneyGram Account
Tap Account Information to see your account details
Tap the Copy icon next to Routing or Account number to easily copy and paste
Then follow your other bank's instructions for connecting your MoneyGram Account.
Can't find those instructions? Ask them how to transfer funds from your account to another bank.
