Why don’t I see an incoming transfer in the app?

You may not see an incoming transfer if:

  • Your sender has not completed the transfer

  • The transfer type is not supported.

  • Your mobile number was not included or entered incorrectly

If you’re missing transfer information:

  • Confirm your sender completed the transfer, selected the correct options, and entered your information correctly

  • Ask your sender to share the notification link with you
