Where can I withdraw my money?
To withdraw funds using cash pickup: In the app, select Withdraw → Cash pickup Confirm the amount and get a reference number Visit a participating MoneyGram location with your reference number and valid ID
Can I receive funds in USD?
No, you can’t receive funds in USD. After a transfer appears in the app, you can: Pick up cash in COP at a location Convert the transfer to USDC in the app The app shows the exchange rate before you convert. You can withdraw part of your balance in COP and keep the rest in USDC to convert later.
What is USDC and why should I convert to it?
USDC is a type of digital currency. Because it’s backed 1:1 with U.S. dollars, it holds a steady value. Converting to USDC allows you to manage your balance digitally and withdraw cash when it’s convenient for you.
Can I withdraw part of my balance and keep the rest?
Yes. You can withdraw part of your balance in COP and keep the remaining amount in USDC to convert or withdraw later. The app shows the exchange rate before you convert.
