Will all my profile details move over?
Yes. Your MoneyGram profile, saved payment methods, saved receivers, and past transactions will all carry over to the new app. You won’t need to re-enter your information or re-verify your contacts.
Can I still use promo codes and loyalty discounts?
Yes. You can apply one promo code per transaction. If you qualify for a loyalty discount, it will automatically show in the app.
What happens to my saved payment methods?
All your saved payment methods will be brought over to the new app, and you’ll be able to use them as you have in the past.
Can I still track my transfers?
Yes. You can track and manage transfers directly in the new app, just like before. We’ve also introduced a new tracker on the receipt screen to help you more easily track your transfers.
