Aren’t you in a hurry? For you there is the Ore7 Service**, with lower fees! If you need to send money to Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Poland, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh or India, you can choose the send option that MoneyGram has designed to offer you even more convenience. With Ore7 the money sent is made available to the receiver starting from 7 am on the working day after the money is sent (local time of the receive Country).

How to send money

  1. Get Started Quickly Pick up your queue number by clicking "Financial Services."

  2. Provide Your Details to the Operator Present your ID and tax code at the counter.

  3. Fill Out the Form Fill out the courtesy form with your personal details and those of the recipient, or alternatively, provide them directly to the operator.

How to receive money

  1. Get your transaction reference code The person sending you the money will tell you the amount you'll receive and the transaction reference code.

  2. Provide your information to the operator Fill out the receipt form and hand it to the post office employee along with your ID and your tax code.

  3. Fill out the form The employee will enter the transaction data into the system and deliver the money to you. To learn more, visit Poste Italiane.

  4. Finalize the transaction The teller will perform the receiving transaction; you will be asked to put your signature on the electronic PAD, and you will receive the money. For more information, please visit Poste Italiane.

* Subject to the reception agents' opening hours and to the regulations of the destination country.

** Ore7 service is available for mailings in Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, Moldova, Philippines, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and India. Depending on the currency of reception, a commission fee will be applied according to the destination country.
