Promotion “MoneyGram Football 2025”
Article 1: Organization
The company MoneyGram Payment Systems, Inc., whose registered office is located at 1550 Utica Avenue South, Suite 100 M/S MIN-8020, Minneapolis MN 55416, United States, hereinafter collectively referred to as “The organizer,” is organizing a contest with purchase obligation from November 18, 2025 to December 9, 2025 at 00:00 inclusive (hereinafter “Promotion Period”), open to any adult residing in mainland France.
2 travel packages for CAN 2025 in Morocco, including 2 tickets for a match, lodging, and round-trip plane tickets from France, with an estimated unit value of about €2,800 including tax, awarded by drawing lots to participants who used the promotional codes MGCHARAF20 and MGMAROC2025 as part of a transfer from France to Morocco with MoneyGram online or in-store during the Promotion Period.
2 sets of 2 individual tickets for CAN 2025 in Morocco will also be awarded by drawing lots to other participants who used the promotional codes MGCHARAF20 and MGMAROC2025 as part of a transfer from France to Morocco with MoneyGram online or in-store during the Promotion Period.
The drawing of winners will take place on December 10, 2025.
Article 2: Conditions of Participants
This contest is exclusively reserved for adults residing in mainland France who have carried out a money transfer to Morocco via MoneyGram (at a retail location or online) during the Promotion Period according to one of the two following methods: • By using the promotional code MGCHARAF20 at the time of the transaction. • By using the promotional code MGMAROC2025 at the time of the transaction.
Excluded from the contest are: • persons not meeting the participation conditions, • staff of the Organizer, • persons who contributed to implementing the contest, • their spouses and family members (ascendants, descendants, or living under the same roof).
“The organizer” reserves the right to request from any participant proof of participation or identity.
Any person not meeting the conditions will be excluded from the contest and cannot benefit from their prize in case of selection.
Participation in the contest implies unconditional acceptance of these rules.
Article 3: Participation Terms
Participants must have carried out a money transfer via MoneyGram (in-store or online) during the Promotion Period.
To participate, it is necessary to: • Carry out a transfer from France to Morocco online or in-store during the Promotion Period from November 18, 2025 to December 9, 2025. • Use the promotional codes MGCHARAF20 or MGMAROC2025 in this transfer.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any person suspected of fraud, attempted multiple participation, or participation that is incomplete, incorrect, illegible, or carried out in any form other than what is provided.
Any participation not compliant with these rules will be considered null.
Article 4: Definition of Prizes
The prizes put into play consist of:
• 2 travel packages for CAN 2025 in Morocco, including 2 tickets for a match, lodging, and round-trip plane tickets from France, with an estimated unit value of about €2,800 including tax, awarded by drawing lots to participants who used the promotional codes MGCHARAF20 and MGMAROC2025 as part of a transfer from France to Morocco with MoneyGram online or in-store during the Promotion Period.

The prizes will be sent electronically to the email address provided at registration. The prizes cannot be exchanged, converted into cash, or transferred to a third party. The Africa Cup of Nations is not a sponsor of the Promotion.
Article 5: Selection of Winners
At the end of the Promotion (which will end on 12/9/2025 at 00:00), the Organizer will extract all valid entries in order to carry out the drawing of winners scheduled for 12/10/2025.
Article 6: Announcement of Winners
The winners of the prizes will be contacted by email and/or telephone within fourteen (14) days following the drawing date, using the contact details provided at registration.
It is the participant’s responsibility to provide valid contact information.
If there is no response within two (2) days after the first contact, a new drawing will be carried out to designate another winner.
Winners who confirm their participation will receive their prize by email within 72 business hours after validation of their participation.
Article 7: Prize Delivery Terms
The winners agree to accept the prizes as offered, without possibility of exchange, including against cash, other goods or services of any kind, nor transfer of benefit to a third party. Likewise, these prizes cannot be the subject of compensation requests.
The prizes will be sent exclusively by electronic means, to the email address provided at registration.
The Organizer reserves the right, in case of an event beyond its control, particularly related to its suppliers or unpredictable circumstances, to replace the announced prizes with prizes of equivalent value. Winners will be informed of any potential change.
Article 8: Use of Participants’ Personal Data
Participants’ information is recorded and used by “The organizer” to record their participation in the contest and allow the awarding of the prize.

Participants may, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of their personal data communicated within this contest. They also have a right to object to their data being used for marketing purposes, outside of participation in this contest, which they may exercise at registration by writing to “The organizer” at the address mentioned in Article 1 or by email at privacyprogramoffice@moneygram.com.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act in its latest version, as well as Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to personal data processing and the free movement of such data (GDPR), the participant may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure of data, limitation of processing, right to data portability, right to object, and right to withdraw consent by writing to “The organizer” at the address mentioned in Article 1 or by email at privacyprogramoffice@moneygram.com.
Article 9: Deposit of Contest Rules
The contest rules are filed with SELAS ACTA – Associated Judicial Officers – 25 bd Joffre 54000 NANCY – Metz Office 15 rue de Sarre BP 15126 57074 METZ Cedex 3.
The contest rules will be available for consultation on site and may be requested from the event team present during the operation. They may be sent free of charge to any person who requests them from “The organizer.”
“The organizer” reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, or cancel the contest at any time, particularly in case of force majeure, without participants being entitled to any compensation. The rules modified by amendment(s) will, if applicable, be filed with SELAS ACTA – Associated Judicial Officers – at the same addresses.
Article 10: Industrial and Intellectual Property
Reproduction, representation, or exploitation of all or part of the elements making up the contest, including these rules, is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos, and other distinctive signs reproduced on the site as well as on the sites to which it provides access via hyperlinks, are the exclusive property of their holders and protected as such by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code worldwide. Their unauthorized reproduction constitutes infringement subject to criminal penalties. Any unauthorized reproduction, in whole or in part, of these trademarks, logos, and signs constitutes infringement subject to criminal penalties. Participation in this contest implies full and entire acceptance of these rules by participants.
Article 11: Liability
“The organizer” cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure or fortuitous events beyond its control.
“The organizer” cannot be held liable for delays, losses, thefts, damage to mail, or illegibility of postmarks due to postal services. Nor can they be held liable, and no recourse may be taken against them, in the event of occurrences of events constituting force majeure (strikes, bad weather…) partially or totally preventing participants from participating or winners from benefiting from their prizes.
“The organizer,” as well as its service providers and partners, cannot be held liable for any incidents that may occur in the use of prizes by beneficiaries or their guests once winners have taken possession of them.
Likewise, “The organizer,” as well as its service providers and partners, cannot be held liable for the loss or theft of prizes by the beneficiaries once winners have taken possession of them. Any additional cost necessary to take possession of the prizes is entirely the responsibility of the winners without possibility of compensation from “The organizer” or from the service providers or partners.
Article 12: Disputes & Claims
These rules are governed by French law.
“The organizer” reserves the right to decide without appeal any difficulty that may arise regarding interpretation or application of these rules, with the understanding that no dispute will be accepted, particularly regarding the contest methods, results, prizes, or their reception, one month after the end of the contest. Except in cases of obvious error, the information resulting from the Organizer’s contest systems is agreed to be authoritative in any dispute regarding connection elements and processing of said information related to the contest.
Any claim must be addressed within one month following the end date of the contest to “The organizer.” After this date, no claim will be accepted. Participation in the contest entails full acceptance of these rules.
Article 13: Agreement on Proof
By express agreement between the participant and “The organizer,” the organizer’s computer systems and files alone shall prevail.
Computerized records, kept in the organizer’s computer systems under reasonable security and reliability conditions, are considered proof of the relations and communications between “The organizer” and the participant.
It is therefore agreed that, except in cases of obvious error, “The organizer” may rely on all computer or electronic programs, data, files, recordings, operations, and other elements (such as tracking reports) established, received, or stored directly or indirectly by “The organizer,” particularly in its computer systems.
These elements thus constitute proof and, if produced as evidence by “The organizer” in any contentious procedure or otherwise, they will be admissible, valid, and enforceable between the parties in the same manner, under the same conditions, and with the same probative force as any document established, received, or stored in writing.
Operations of any kind carried out using the identifier and code assigned to a participant following registration are presumed conclusively to have been carried out under the responsibility of the participant. We may also transfer your information to the following countries for which there is an adequacy decision: Switzerland; Canada; United Kingdom.
Participants may, for reasons related to their particular situation, object to the processing of their personal data communicated in the context of these campaigns. They also have the right to object to their data being used for commercial prospecting purposes, outside participation in this contest, which they may exercise upon registration by writing to MoneyGram.
