Does the receiver’s name have to match their government issued ID exactly?

For security reasons, many agent locations will not pay out a transfer if the name on the receiver's identification does not match exactly. Please confirm your receiver’s name as it appears on their ID. If your receiver is still having this problem, please contact us at 0800 526 149.
