Photocopy Request
In some cases, you may initiate a request for a photocopy of your cashed money order item to be faxed to you by using our MoneyGram International ExpressPayment option.
Requirements:
- the money order must have already been cashed by the payee
- and the money order must not be greater than 1 year old
- and you can provide the correct money order number
- and you must provide a dedicated FAX number for the photocopy to be sent
Please call MoneyGram International at 1-800-542-3590 to verify that your money order has been cashed before initiating a MoneyGram® ExpressPayment® photocopy request.
ExpressPayment photocopy requests can be sent from any of our MoneyGram Agent Locations by completing our Blue ExpressPayment form.
The total fee for this service is $24.
- $16.05 for the photocopy and $7.95 for express processing
Instructions for Sending from a MoneyGram Location:
Use the following sample as a guide when completing the Blue ExpressPayment form that must be obtained from any one of our MoneyGram Agent Locations:
- Receive Code: 2444
- Company I am Paying: MoneyGram Money Order
- City: Minneapolis
- State: MN
- Account Number: enter your money order serial number ( required )
- Home Phone: enter your FAX number ( required ). Your photocopy will be faxed to this number within 3 business days.
- Message: enter your PHONE number
