How can I pay my bills using ExpressPayment Service?
You first must identify whether or not the company that you wish to pay is part of the ExpressPayment network. Simply call MoneyGram at 1-800-926-9400 or the company that you wish to pay and ask. If they are a part of the network, you can go to the nearest MoneyGram retail agent location to send your payment, using a blue ExpressPayment Send form.

What information will I need to bring to send a payment via ExpressPayment service?
You would need to bring the name of the company that you wish to pay, the 4-digit receive code and your complete account number to the MoneyGram agent location.

How do I know if my biller received the payment?
You will complete an ExpressPayment Send form (blue), and receive a MoneyGram reference number that confirms your transaction was sent. You may also contact 1-800-555-3133 to verify the payment, however, the best way to insure that your payment has been received by the company is to call the company, give them the reference number from the bottom of your receipt, and verify that the funds have posted to your account.

How much does this cost?
Currently, costs can vary from $0 - $9.95, depending on the company you wish to pay. You will want to verify the correct transaction fee with that company or ask your MoneyGram ExpressPayment agent for more information.

How do I know if my company accepts payments through ExpressPayment service?
You can contact your company directly and ask them, or contact an ExpressPayment representative at 1-800-555-3133 to find out.

What do I do if the company I want to pay doesn't accept payments through ExpressPayment service?
Use the MoneyGram ExpressPayment biller referral system to let us know. Simply access and complete the ExpressPayment referral page of this site so we can get your company signed up to accept payments through ExpressPayment. You can also tell your MoneyGram agent who you are trying to pay, and if they are not an ExpressPayment company, your agent can fax us a referral form.
