An account specialist is a MoneyGram employee who is able to assist you with any questions relating to your reconciliation, or any trouble you may have logging into the online reports system. Your account specialist can be contacted at (800) 257-8418. What is my agent/account (remitter) number?
Back to Top Your agent/account number is a unique number assigned to each agent. MoneyGram uses the number to record funding. You will find your account number on any hardcopy sales summaries that have been mailed to you. What do I do if I forget my password?

Back to Top To view reports online your system must be equipped with Windows 95/98 or newer, Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, and at least a 56K modem. You will also need Adobe Acrobat Reader and a utility to unzip files, such as WinZip (WinZip is not required for Windows XP). Am I protected from viruses?
Back to Top MoneyGram follows industry practice to ensure that any files downloaded from its system are free from viruses. You SHOULD install anti-virus software on your systems. How long does it take to download my reports, and how much space will the download use?
