Medical and Dental Benefits Medical Benefits MoneyGram offers a medical plan through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. Blue Cross provides our employees and eligible dependents with access to a nationwide network of participating physicians. An annual vision exam is also included in MoneyGram’s medical plan. Employees are eligible for medical coverage the first day of the month following their start date at MoneyGram. Dental Benefits MoneyGram offers a dental plan through Delta Dental of Minnesota, the largest dental benefits provider in the nation. Under the plan, employees and eligible dependents may receive dental services from a wide array of dental networks. Health Care Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account Through a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) employees can set aside pre-tax dollars from their paycheck to pay eligible out-of-pocket health care and dependent day care expenses.
