If you used MoneyGram to send or receive money in the Netherlands prior to 1st November 2009, and if you or the receiver have not yet collected the money that was sent, please get in contact with us. You can contact us by telephone [0800-023-3880], by sending us an email customerservice@moneygram.com or by visiting your nearest MoneyGram location. Please be advised that to collect previously unclaimed money, you will need to provide MoneyGram with valid proof of identity and details of the transaction. MoneyGram will reimburse all legitimate requests for unclaimed funds, after assessing the validity of each request. Until 1 November 2009, all MoneyGram money transfer services were provided by MoneyGram Payment Systems, Inc. (authorised and regulated by De Nederlandsche Bank, Kamer van Koophandel No. 2571143) and as of that date, the service provider became MoneyGram International Limited (authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom, register reference 502639).
